V0.2 Update!

The first update for the game and a lot of stuff has been changed!

Changelog:

• Added SFX to the ship's engines
• Added SFX to the Player being hit
• Added the Shield!
• Made asteroids a more consistent size
• Hopefully alleviated the shooting becoming unpredictable when moving away from spawn
• Added Power-Ups! (Triple Shot & Infinite Shield)
• Added VFX to the health bar
• Altered the VFX when enemies and asteroids are destroyed
• Various Bug Fixed & More!
